Pay 6 months in advance and receive a 2.5% discount, or pay 12 months in advance and receive a 5% discount. These discounts are already applied to the rates in this brochure.

Rate Protection

Your period of cover is not affected by rate increases if your premiums are paid in advance. The maximum period for which prepaid premiums are protected from rate increases
is 12 months.

Payment Options

For your convenience there are several ways to pay your premiums:

* Direct Debit
From your bank account or credit card.

This section sets out your rights, our commitment to you and your responsibility to us, and where you should seek assistance in relation to your direct debit arrangement with Transport Health.

The terms of the Direct Debit Request arrangement between us and signed by you we undertake to periodically debit your nominated account in accordance with your signed authority.

If the drawing falls due on a non-business day it will be deducted on the following business day following that date. We will give you at least 14 days notice when we intend to make changes to the initial terms of this arrangement.

If you require changes to the arrangement please notify us in writing at least 2 business days prior to your next scheduled payment. If you have a dispute regarding a direct debit arrangement or payment please contact the fund immediately following an unsatisfactory outcome you should follow our disputes resolution policy or contact your financial institution. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient cleared funds are in the nominated debiting account on the date payments are due. For returned unpaid transactions Transport Health will notify you in writing and will outline the procedure to follow and any transaction fees payable by us in respect to the above may be passed onto you.

* Credit Card
Individual payments or periodic direct debits can be made via American Express, Mastercard or Visa by mail, over the counter or by telephone.

* In Person
By cash, eftpos, credit card, cheque or money order payable to Transport Health.

* Mail
By cheque or money order payable to Transport Health

* BPAY
Your account will detail our biller-code and reference number.
